Words truly cannot describe how EXTREMELY SATISFIED I am with the training I/we did with Crystal. I have two German Shepherds (Tiger 7yrs, 100lbs) & Stella (3yrs-rescue, 75lbs), I have always walked them daily – I confidently can walk my dogs by other dogs without getting pulled off my feet. In less then 2 months of training (April/Mid-May 2015), my dogs (babies) are a joy to walk & the behavior in the house is wonderful – not perfect but we are still working together & having fun!
What is more outstanding is we just moved across country and Tiger & Stella made the move with little or no anxiety! We have had tons of strangers in the houses at both ends and they behaved wonderfully! They “down stay” when asked (I must remain close), usually I ask them to do this when there is lots of traffic & movement. There was little or no regression with the move, it’s been an incredibly, most satisfying feeling for all of us! They behave so much better then I was anticipating!
I highly recommend “Ruff House” & Crystal to anybody, all breeds, shapes & sizes – it’s been the most pleasurable experience in training I have ever had!

Thank You Crystal! I am so happy with our results!!

We are fostering a really cute, energetic little guy and want him to be potty trained and to not bolt out the door when he goes to his forever home. We have had 2 in home sessions with Crystal. Toby has made wonderful progress. Crystal has taught us exactly how to handle both situations. Toby now waits at the door until we say OK. Still working on the housebreaking. We know it is our consistent behaviour that will make the difference. Crystal is a delight to work with, knowlegable and gentle.
We will definitely ask Crystal to help with any future doggie issues.
Thank you so very much Crystal!!!

We recently adopted TWO Westie Puppies….males from the same litter..…charming but quite a handful..thank goodness for Crystal’s expertise…the puppies and ourselves needed positive training techniques…both in private sessions and group classes they have learned a lot and so have we!!!

Good morning, I am considering attending behavior/training for and or with my families dog Dakota, she is young female rescue that has tons of energy and over excited. Her mix of breeds is a factor which has lead me/us to learn what will correct our mistakes and allow her to thrive. Is it possible to have tour or screening for myself and Dakato?
